There are cracks in the cast iron

Cast iron
In the process of using or casting iron castings, sometimes defects such as pores, blisters, cracks, wear and corrosion may appear. If you want to replace new cast iron parts or recast, it is not only expensive, but also takes a long time, and it takes a long time to be in a state of discontinuation. If you use welding to repair, the effect is not ideal, and it affects the appearance. Use JL for these defects in cast iron -101 cast iron repair agent for repair, the process is simple, after curing, it can reach the bonding strength of cold welding, the color is not much different, and it can be mechanically reprocessed.

Surface treatment: Use sandblasting, electric grinding wheel, wire brush or coarse sandpaper to remove the loose material in the glued area, improve the roughness of the cast iron repair surface, wipe it with a cleaning agent, and dry to clean the surface.

Glue: JL-101 cast iron repair agent is composed of two components A and B. When using, mix the main agent A and curing agent B in strict accordance with the specified weight ratio of 2:1 until the color is uniform;

Apply the mixed JL-101 cast iron repair agent to the treated cracks, apply uniform force when applying, and press repeatedly to ensure that the repair agent material is in full contact with the cast iron surface to achieve better results. When multiple coatings are required, the original coating surface must be treated before coating;

When the temperature is lower than 25℃, the curing time of JL-cast iron repair agent can be prolonged. When the temperature is lower than 15℃, use an appropriate heat source for heating (infrared, electric furnace, etc.), but you should not directly touch the repaired part when heating. The correct operation is that the heat source is more than 40cm away from the repaired surface and kept at 60~80℃ for 2~3 hours.
